Hendrik Bremer is an advisor to senior executives in the financial services sector for Strategy&, PwC's strategy consulting house, based in Vienna. He advises clients on strategic projects like growth and market entry strategies, reorganizations, corporate governance, large-scale transformations, particularly with a focus on retail banking, digital strategies and FinTech.
Hendrik has more than 20 years of experience in financial services in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Western Europe and the Middle East as a banker, as well as a partner at PwC and a global management consultancy, where he was responsible for the financial services strategy consulting business in CEE, prior to joining Strategy& in 2015. During the first five years of his career, he worked at leading European banks and held senior manager roles in the retail banking business division of Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit
Bank Austria.
Hendrik is of Dutch nationality and holds a degree in Business Administration from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and studied in France, Denmark and the Netherlands. He has co-authored various publications on retail banking, agile transformations and the future of banking and is a regular speaker at sector conferences.
