Boris Kainz

Boris Kainz is a leading practitioner for projects in operations and transformation, who advises global automotive manufacturers on production and process strategies as well as transformation and reorganization challenges. Based in the Munich office, he is a Partner at Strategy& Germany, and a member of our Automotive practice.

He has more than 16 years of experience in management consulting and in leading positions at an automotive manufacturer in Germany responsible for reorganization, efficiency programs, process optimization as well as smart operations. Prior to joining Strategy&, he worked as a partner in the area of automotive production and logistics at a leading German strategy and operations consultancy.

Boris holds a diploma in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau.
