Dieter Kern

Dieter Kern is a leading practitioner for organizational and transformation projects, who advises global executives on people, HR and leadership strategies as well as transformational challenges. Based in the Munich office, he is a Partner at Strategy& Germany, and a member of our organization strategy team.

He has more than 23 years of experience in leading positions at global management consultancies. Prior to joining Strategy&, he led the people and organizational excellence practice at a renowned global human resource consultancy.

He has authored and co-authored several thought leadership publications and is a lecturer at well-known universities. Dieter studied education, psychology, sociology and philosophy at the Julius- Maximilian University in Würzburg and at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He received his diploma in educational science at the University of Würzburg.
