Felix Becht

Felix Becht is a partner at Strategy& Germany, and a member of our Financial Services practice. Based in Munich, he advises leading European financial institutions, investors, and FinTech companies on strategy development, strategic transformation, and deals strategy.

He has extensive experience in developing profitable growth strategies and creating value in corporate transactions. His primary focus within the financial services industry lies on wholesale and corporate banking as well as associated business models.

• Strategic modernization and cost transformation program
• ESG wholesale banking strategy review and go-to-market model
• Market entry strategy targeting the German corporate / Mittelstand market
• Five year corporate/ wholesale banking growth strategy for a European bank
• Deals strategy, commercial due diligence, and deal process for a planned merger
• Corporate restructuring incl. disposal processes of several European bank entities
• Fund raising and strategic partnership models for several FinTech firms (conventional finance and digital finance)

Felix holds a Master of Science in Finance from Cass Business School in London as well as a Bachelor of Science in General Management from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
