Florian Stürmer
Partner, Strategy& Germany
Florian Stürmer is a Partner at Strategy& Germany and a member of our digital and technology strategy, and industrial products practices. He is an expert in developing digital strategies, creating next-generation digital operating models, and leading large-scale digital and IT transformations. Florian primarily serves clients in the aerospace and defense, automotive, and industrial manufacturing industries.
Florian started his career at Booz Allen Hamilton, a predecessor firm to Strategy&, in 2007. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in digital and technology-focused projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
Recent assignments include:
- Tech and data strategy for defense companies, balancing innovation with regulatory compliance
- Tech-enabled transformation of an industrial goods company, focusing on data strategy and a product-driven operating model
- Five-year digitization strategy for a climate and energy company
- Technology-driven transformation program for an automotive supplier
A recognized thought leader in digital transformation, Florian has co-authored numerous articles on CIO trends, high-performance IT, and technology-driven business model reinvention. He holds a diploma in management and computer science from the University of Mannheim.
