Gregor Kronenberger is a leading practitioner for digitization and transformation projects and advises European clients from the retail and consumer industries. With more than 14 years of international management and consulting experience, he is a member of our Strategy& retail and consumer practice.
Gregor is a well-known expert for large-scale, business-led IT transformations where he leverages his technology expertise, process comprehension and organizational design capabilities. Gregor also has an excellent track record in category management, sourcing, IT organization and business IT interface design.
Some of his recent assignments include:
- Retail strategy for a large European consumer electronics retailer
- Retail IT transformation of a leading European retailer to an omni-channel operating model with focus on building IT capabilities
- ERP transformation of a military institution incl. introduction of a new IT solution for logistical processes
Prior to joining Strategy& in 2010, Gregor gained experience at a global consultancy, a multinational semiconductor company as well as a global financial services firm.
He holds a Master of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
