Tanjeff Schadt is a Partner at Strategy& and an advisor to global semiconductor, high-tech, software and automotive clients. With his profound industrial and strategy consulting experience, he focuses on innovation, digitization, data and analytics, capabilities-driven strategy and growth. He is a member of our telecommunications and technology practice and is based in the Munich office.
Tanjeff’s recent assignments and publications focus on the growth strategies related to the semiconductor industry and the application of high-tech, e.g. in automotive. He has extensive expertise in disrupted supply chains with focus on semiconductors and electronics. Tanjeff also advises governments and industry clients on semiconductor funding strategies.
Prior to joining Strategy&, he has held various management positions in the electronics and software industry. Tanjeff has gained rich industry experience by working in R&D and Strategy departments, e.g., a high-end sensor provider for security solutions in Germany.
He is a graduate engineer for opto-electronics and digital image processing with a diploma from the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and holds an MBA in General Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Munich and the Pfeiffer University of Charlotte, North Carolina.
