Tim Braasch

Tim Braasch is a leading expert for the German and European insurance industry. Based in the Hamburg office, he is a Partner at Strategy& Germany. With more than 30 years of international management and consulting experience, Tim is a member of our financial services practice.

His primary focus lies on advising leading insurers and banks on strategy, growth, marketing and sales, operations, claims, IT, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully accomplished several very large-scale transformation projects.

Tim joined Strategy& in 2021 through the acquisition of 67rockwell Consulting GmbH where he served as managing partner, responsible for corporate strategy, finance, marketing and sales. Prior to founding 67rockwell Consulting GmbH, he served as a member of the Executive Board as well as Chief Operating Officer of a leading international insurance and reinsurance group.

Tim holds a diploma in economic computer science from the University of Applied Sciences in Wedel, Germany.
