Roderik van Houtert
Partner, Strategy& Netherlands
Roderik van Houtert is an advisor to executives in the financial services industry for Strategy& based in Amsterdam. He is a Partner and co-leads Strategy&’s financial services practice in the Netherlands and serves as EMEA leader for the insurance transformation practice of Strategy&.
Roderik focuses on supporting insurance firms and brokers across the globe with particular focus on EMEA with our strategy-through-execution value proposition. Roderik excels at driving growth, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing productivity to ensure clients become, and remain, future proof. His expertise areas include corporate strategy, business growth, business model reinvention and digitization, strategic cost reduction, pre/post-deal transformation and operating model transformation.
Roderik joined PwC in 2010 and Strategy& in 2016. He holds a MSc in International Business and a Dutch Chartered Public Accountant Degree from Maastricht University.
