Contact Form Privacy Statement Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

PwC Turkey (“PwC Turkey”), as a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), a worldwide network of technology-centric, individual, and independent partnership and companies, within the scope of Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“LPPD”), have the following explanations regarding the processing of your personal data in order to fulfill the obligation to inform arising from the Article 10 of the LPPD.
Scope, Purpose and Legal Reason for the Processing of Your Personal Data
We process your personal data within the scope of the processing conditions listed in Article 5 of the LPPD, as explained in detail below:

- Sending newsletters and providing information,
Your name-surname, title, company, e-mail and information regarding your request will be processed via contact form within the scope of your explicit consent, for this purpose.
- Execution of customer relationship management processes,
Your name-surname, title, company, e-mail and information regarding your request will be processed via contact form within the scope of processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject in accordance with Article 5/2-f of the LPPD.
- Ensuring process security,
Your process security information collected on our website (your log records) is processed within the scope of Article 5/2-a of the LPPD, under the condition that it is expressly provided for by the laws.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data, to the extent necessary for the realization of the purposes mentioned above and limited to these purposes, will be shared with:
- Service providers for bulk e-mail distribution,
- Attorneys and consultants, if necessary, for the protection of our rights and interests,
- Archive companies providing services related to document storage,
in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD, provided that your data security is ensured and necessary measures are taken by Strategy&, and if you have provided your explicit consent, will be processed through the server of https://www.pwc.com.tr/en/hakkimizda/bilgi-talep-formu.html (PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP in the United States) website and Google systems, which has its headquarter located abroad. You may obtain information about the countries of which Google’s data centers are located from the https://www.google.com/about/datacenters/ link.
Your Rights in Accordance with Article 11 of the LPPD and Our Contact Information
As per Article 11 of the LPPD, you may exercise your following rights by applying to PwC Turkey;
a) to learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
b) to demand for information as to if your personal data have been processed,
c) to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,
d) to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred in domestic or abroad,
e) to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
f) to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the Article 7 of the LPPD,
g) to request reporting of the operations carried out, pursuant to paragraphs (e) and (f), to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
h) to object to the occurrence of a result against yourself by analyzing the personal data processed solely through automated systems,
ı) to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Requests for the use of the above-mentioned rights are to be submitted in writing or to the pwc.turkiye@hs03.kep.tr electronic address via the Application Form on the “https://www.pwc.com.tr/tr/hakkimizda/pwc-turkiye-kvk-basvuru-formu.pdf” link or with a secure electronic signature as defined in the Electronic Signature Law numbered 5070 or by using mobile signature or by using the e-mail address previously notified to the data controller by the data subject and registered in the data controller’s system, it should be sent to the address tr.dpo@tr.pwc.com with the expression “Request for Personal Data Information” in the subject section.
