Strategy&’s Onwards: Actioning women’s leadership program is an Australian initiative which makes a long-term commitment to women. We’re taking the lead and talking honestly about and acting on the issues and priorities impacting women in Australia. We’re opening up conversations and fostering a community for everyone. We’re bringing women’s leadership to the Australian community in which we live and work.
Our women’s leadership program complements existing initiatives and strategic diversity and inclusion (D&I) goals of the Australian firm. Onwards focuses on collectively discussing and raising issues, sharing experiences and learning from each other and growing together.
Equality needs to start in the home, but more often than not this isn’t possible to achieve without being matched with professional support. This is why we’ve designed policies that equally support all of our people, enabling women to progress in their chosen careers without any fear, concern or guilt over competing family or personal demands.
