Caroline Luo is a Partner with PwC Strategy& China, based in Shanghai. She has nearly 15 years of working experience in strategic consulting and FMCG industry, serving clients in consumer goods and retail sectors.

Caroline focuses on helping both MNCs and domestic clients on development of business growth strategy, new market entry strategy, sales and marketing strategy, omni-channel strategy, DTC strategy and operation, trade promotion management (TPM) and pricing strategy, as well as change management. She has led and developed master strategic plans and business growth plans for many consumer goods companies and retailers, helping both MNCs and domestics companies achieve profitable growth and establish competitive advantages by driving strategy into execution.
