Jian Li

Mr. Jian Li is the consulting leader of the Operations practice at PwC Strategy& China. He has had over 20 years of industry and consulting experiences, with a wide range of industry coverage including consumer products, retail, chemical, transportation and logistics, and more. Prior to his consulting career, he worked with a Fortunate Global 500 consumer product company and a global energy major in operations and supply chain management positions.

Jian focuses on helping clients achieve near-term financial results and build team’s capabilities to sustain operations improvement. He has led multiple large scale and multi-functional operation transformation programs for both MNC and Chinese local clients, and achieved significant improvement results. He also helped investors plan and execute post merger integration and post deal value creation.
