Jingyu Cai is a Partner with PwC Strategy& China, focusing on pharmaceutical and life science sector. He has more than 16 years of consulting experience, specializing in regulatory environment interpretation, strategy development and execution, business model transformation, and operation optimization for pharmaceutical and life science clients. He also led many global and domestic pharma M&A cases.
His project experiences include:
- Tracked and analyzed the US FDA’s drug administration practice in a systematic way, then provided practical recommendations for China NMPA’s reference and management decision
- Facilitated pharmaceutical companies, both MNCs and domestic players, in corporate strategy development and business model innovation, reached internal alignment through workshops on the implementation plan
- Supported multinational pharmaceutical companies in market entry strategy, operating model development, and local business partner selection
