Jun Jin is a Partner with PwC Strategy& China, based in Beijing. He is also the automotive industry leader for PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong and leads China M&A consulting business as well. He is responsible to provide diversified deal advisory and corporate strategy services to MNCs, SOEs, POEs, PEs and government.
Jun Jin has over 20 years’ experience in deal and M&A strategy, corporate strategy and transformation, growth strategy, market entry, target search, negotiation support, financial modelling, commercial due diligence and post deal integration in automotive sector covering OEMs, parts & component suppliers and other participants. In addition, he is also in charge of Autofacts in China, which is a PwC global research institute providing automotive industry projection and analysis.
