Juliane Kaden-Botha is a Partner at Strategy& Germany, based in Munich, bringing over 20 years of international expertise in strategy and corporate finance across the transaction lifecycle. As a key member of our Deals Strategy practice and PwC EMEA’s Transact to Transform Leader, Juliane specializes in commercial advisory, post-merger integration, transformation readiness, and managing complex engagements. She provides strategic guidance to corporate clients, private equity firms, and organizations in the retail and consumer, as well as technology sectors in relation to deal-making and growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Strategy&, Juliane was a Partner in the Deals Advisory Practice at PwC Germany, where played a key role in executing M&A transactions and driving commercial excellence for private equity and corporate clients. Before that, she led the German office of an international boutique strategy consulting firm as a Partner and served as a Partner at a private equity firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on investment strategy and portfolio value creation. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade in investment banking, advising on M&A, capital markets transactions, and corporate finance strategy, followed by several years at an international strategy consultancy, where she specialized in growth strategy and commercial due diligence.
Juliane holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford (UK) and a Master of Arts in International Policy Studies from Stanford University (USA).
