Manuel Meske is a Partner at Strategy& Germany and a member of our public sector practice. He is a distinguished expert in organizational strategy and operating model transformation within the public health industry, with a particular emphasis on cost reduction, process optimization, digitization, and AI strategies.
With over a decade of strategy consulting experience, Manuel advises national and international ministries, public institutions, public and private health insurances, health regulators, and IT service providers across Europe and the Middle East.
Recent assignments include:
- Reorganization and process optimization at a large statutory health insurance in Germany
- Organizational strategy and operating model design for a federal public health institute for improved medical prevention and health education
- Digitization and process optimization of the omni-channel management of large public health insurances
- Digitization and AI strategies and capability development
Manuel holds a Master of Science degree in physics from University College London and the University of Heidelberg.
