Jean Philippe is a Senior Partner, Advisory Leader for the firm in Francophone Africa. He began his career at PwC in 1998, where he assisted governments and international organizations in their transformation.

He has notably participated in the reforms of the European Commission, the OECD, UNESCO, the French Ministry of Finance and the European Space Agency. In 2009, he joined the United Nations in New York and, as part of its reform of the entity dedicated to the 70 most disadvantaged countries in the world, devoted himself to development issues and relations with donors.

He returned to PwC France in 2010 as a Partner in the public sector and supports international public clients. In particular, it develops PwC's expertise in the space sector and supports the European Space Agency and the European Commission for several years in defining and evaluating European space policy. It also supports the development of PwC's activities in Africa, mainly with public and para-public sector actors.

In July 2018, Jean Philippe was appointed head of consulting business for Francophone Africa
