Achint Saraf

Achint has a wide gamut of consulting experience in large-scale business transformation, strategy, cost reduction, growth strategy, operating model and M&A across the domains of consumer goods, industrial, technology and telecom companies.

He co-leads the FFG platform in India and has delivered several large-scale digital transformation projects with several global and Indian companies to transform traditional businesses, deliver business outcomes and make them fit for future.

He also brings experience in new-age areas of advanced analytics, Industry 4.0, agile product development, and digital platforms like ERP, CRM and EPM. He is passionate about digital business disruption in traditional industries and the transformation in businesses through data driven insight.

Achint received his MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, India, and is also a chartered accountant (ICAI – India), chartered management accountant (CIMA – UK) and chartered financial analyst (CFA – US). Prior to his current stint at Strategy&, Achint has worked with Booz, EY and Saint-Gobain in India.
