Hitanshu brings over 18 years of varied experience working in growth strategy, sales acceleration in distribution-led businesses, strategy execution, long-range planning under uncertainty, operations transformation and across the domains of consumer brands, consumer internet start-ups, industrials, energy, and infrastructure.

Besides Strategy&, Hitanshu has worked with Shell, Strategic Decisions Group and held leadership roles in internet start-ups like Park+, RARIO and Magicpin.

Hitanshu’s recent marquee work includes:

  • scaling sales in the general trade channel through holistic route-to-market interventions for India’s leading small and medium-sized consumer appliances brand
