Situation
An IFC wants to assess how its brand and its location are perceived in the market compared to its peers on five strategic defined topics: innovation, business attractiveness, regulation, sustainability and digital assets.
Approach
- Using the Digital Intelligence Services, we identified millions of relevant online mentions, within a scope of 6 languages and 12 countries, and after extracting a randomized representative sample we segmented the results using topic keywords.
- We quantitatively and qualitatively assessed the volume and sentiment of public discussion, and identifies key channels, influencers and trending topics
- Through constructing an international financial center attribute image strength benchmark, we compared the brand and location of the client to its peers on the six key attributes
Results
- We enabled client to get clear insights on brand and location perception of the organization’s performance on key topics.
- We provided our client with a performance benchmark against peer institutions, and over time
- We gave our client a clearer understanding of the channel, geographies and key influencers driving the conversations about our client and their peers.
