A: I discovered the Strategy& Women’s Fellowship Program at Yale University, where I’m completing my MBA. People in the career development office informed me about the fellowship and its benefits.
A: I was excited about the opportunity to connect with experienced consultants while learning more about Strategy&’s work and culture. One of the things that also stood out to me was the mentorship component: Each fellow is paired with a mentor to discuss career goals, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance. That sounded particularly valuable to me.
A: One of my favorite parts of the fellowship program was our two-day visit to Strategy&’s office in Dubai. The visit was meticulously organized, with all logistics taken care of, allowing us fellows to focus on networking and learning. During these two days, I had the chance to meet a diverse group of women from Strategy&, engage with leaders from my area of interest, and delve deeper into the firm's projects. The program also included activities and social events to help expand our professional network and expose us to the firm’s culture.
In addition, the fellowship helped me with case preparation and addressed some of the specific challenges women may face in consulting. It also emphasized building self-awareness and developing the skills necessary to thrive and advance in the consulting world. Overall, I would say the entire fellowship appealed to me from the beginning— and it exceeded my expectations in the end.
A: Through the fellowship, I improved my skills in case preparation, networking, and self-awareness. The program also helped me develop a clearer understanding of what I could accomplish in the consulting industry.

A: The senior associate summer internship was an incredibly enriching and meaningful experience—both challenging and rewarding. I had the opportunity to get involved with real projects, help with problem-solving, and participate in client presentations.
A: Consulting is a dynamic and highly rewarding field, offering rapid progression and diverse learning experiences. I think the best advice I can offer is to embrace the steep learning curve and view challenges as opportunities for growth. It is also essential to surround yourself with supportive colleagues, especially female mentors who can guide you through the demanding aspects of the role and address women-specific concerns and challenges. In addition, ensure that the firm’s culture aligns with your values and professional goals because you will spend a significant amount of time with your teams. Finally, seek out opportunities for skill development and leadership growth.
