Nour

Nour studied electromechanical engineering in Lebanon, then pursued a master’s degree in transportation and sustainable development in France.

Today, she is a manager with Strategy& based in Dubai. During the past five years, she has worked on a number of interesting projects, including developing the digital and customer experience strategy for a telecom company and developing the food security strategy for a governmental entity.

During her free time, Nour likes to go out with friends and catch up on their latest news. She also makes sure to have a date night every week with her husband at their favorite restaurant.

Q: What is it like to be a woman at Strategy&?

A: I have been working with Strategy& Middle East for the past four years. I started my career with the firm and I have really enjoyed it so far. In my experience here, I have not felt that being a woman is any different from being a man.

Q: What type of support are you getting from Strategy& teams and seniors to succeed in your career?

A: I have always praised the family-like culture at Strategy&. People continuously push each other forward. I feel I have the support needed to succeed in my career with the firm. I often seek advice from my mentors regarding personal and career development. I also get the support of my teammates.
