Georgie Saad is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Energy, Resources and Sustainability practice in the Middle East.

Georgie has more than 17 years of consulting experience and has led high-profile engagements in the Middle East. He advises senior leaders in both government-owned and private entities and specializes in all aspects of industrial development mainly focusing on strategy formulation, investment development, and operating model design.

Georgie’s client engagements have included:

  • Designing a global supply chain program focusing on attracting industrial investments for a GCC country
  • Designing the strategy of a large industrial city authority in the GCC
  • Restructuring the shipbuilding sector and enabling the set-up of a new shipbuilding national champion
  • Leading the corporatization strategy development of a large industrial governmental entity in the GCC aiming to reach financial sustainability
  • Developing a food processing cluster strategy for a major industrial city operator

In addition to his client work, Georgie has co-authored several reports and articles, including “Reconfiguring Global Value Chains - Advantage Middle East”.

He joined Strategy& in 2009. He left in 2014 to join DuPont, and returned to Strategy& in 2019.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a M.S. in management (Grande école) from HEC Paris, and a B.S. in economics from the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut.
