Marwan Homsi

Marwan is a senior executive advisor with Strategy& Middle East, where he focuses on culture projects, including sector strategies, ecosystem development, as well as cultural assets strategies and activation.

Marwan has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting across the region and beyond. Across the span of his career, he has led more than 30 projects related to transformation in areas including culture and heritage, the public sector, technology, distribution and retail, and manufacturing. He excels at working with cross-capability teams on strategic planning, business model design, operating model design, governance, and activation.

Marwan has an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in France.
