Partner, Strategy& Middle East
Roger Rabbat is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Government and Public Sector practice in the Middle East.
Roger advises ministries and public-sector entities across the GCC, where he brings rich experience in the areas of agriculture, privatization, large transformations, culture and change management, and spending efficiency. He recently served the senior agenda of leading government organizations on agribusiness privatization programs, rural development agricultural strategies, agricultural subsidies rationalization, transformation of agriculture services, as well as a number of culture change and change management programs.
In addition to his client work, Roger has authored multiple reports and articles, including “An integrated approach to controlling animal disease outbreaks in the GCC”, “Agricultural subsidies in the GCC: Three principles for maximum impact”, and “How GCC countries can ensure their food security”. He recently contributed to a book on culture change entitled The Critical Few. Roger is also a member of the Strategy& Katzenbach Center global leadership team.
Prior to joining Strategy&, Roger worked as a structural engineer with Technip in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from USJ – ESIB and an MBA from London Business School.
