Sami Khawaja

Sami Khawaja is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Family Business, Investments, and Real Estate practice in the Middle East.
Sami works with the region’s leading real estate developers and government entities, offering strategic support related to real estate, large-scale developments, and touristic destinations, including on strategy, business planning, operating model design, new entity activation, and end-to-end development management extending from concept definition to implementation support.
In addition to his client work, Sami has co-authored the report, “Megadevelopments in the Middle East: Defining successful concepts that stand the test of time.”
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in computer and communication engineering from the American University of Beirut.
