Partner, Strategy& Middle East

Fadi Adra is a Partner with Strategy& and the leader of the Government and Public Sector practice in the Middle East.

Fadi has deep regional expertise in social services, human capital development, and government governance. He has led a number of large-scale reform and transformations, strategic planning, organization design/enactment, and program management and implementation projects for public sector entities in the GCC.

Most recently, he has led client assignments covering the restructuring of the social services sector for a GCC government and the establishment of a social innovation fund in a GCC country.

In addition to his client work, Fadi leads the Strategy& Social Impact program in the Middle East, which provides pro bono consulting services to a large number of NGOs in the region.

Fadi is also an Ideation Center board member and an avid thought leader. He has authored multiple reports on topics in his area of expertise, including:

Fadi is a home-grown consultant. He initially joined Strategy& in 2004 and then re-joined after taking time off to earn his MBA.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut.
