A large GCC family conglomerate with a real estate business was looking to develop two land plots in the capital city of its home nation. The client wanted to ensure the viability and feasibility of the projects, maximize returns, and secure qualified investors for both. Strategy& assisted with the scheme.
The Strategy& team started with a detailed market assessment to determine the opportunity gap in the key real estate segments across the city and within the plots’ catchment areas. They identified the most attractive asset mixes through a detailed highest and best use (HBU) analysis. Detailed concepts and value propositions for the projects, including all the offerings and components, were developed, as were effective land use plans and concept master plans, along with phasing strategies.
The team determined optimal returns, developed financials, and produced project valuation reports. Suitable investors were identified and ranked, and pitch packages were developed and delivered to them.
