Ben Quinlan
Ben is a Manager in our Copenhagen office. After finishing his MBA at Melbourne Business School, Ben joined Strategy& in Australia in 2016. In 2020, Ben transferred to the Copenhagen office. Besides strategy consulting, Ben has founded a golf apparel brand and worked for QBE Insurance.

What are your tips for success at Strategy&
I have two tips for incoming Strategy Consultants:
- It's okay to not have all the answers at the start of a project; our job is to apply structure and analytics to find the best answer as we work with clients to solve their most pressing issues - a skillset you will develop in abundance!

What is the most important thing you have learnt at Strategy&
Problem solving. The “consulting toolbox” you get at Strategy& will help you tackle any challenge – both in your professional life, but also in your private life.
What has been your most rewarding project to date
I’ve been lucky to experience a breadth of project experiences across industries and functions. My favourite would be a large scale transformation at an Australian university. We had a large mandate and collaborated with a number of PwC teams to support the university, from strategy-through-execution.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, travelling, and exercising in nature
