Jakob Szucsich

Jakob Szucsich is a Director responsible for the Financial Services division. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting and management, banking, and insurance. He specializes in advising clients by combining strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to project execution.

Jakob has over 14 years of experience in management consulting and 9 years in banking management at one of the three largest banking groups operating in the CEE region. Since 2006, he has been working across the CEE and Eastern Europe (EE) regions in the financial services sector. His specializations include strategy development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), post-merger integrations, market entry, digitalization, large transformational projects, restructurings, and turnarounds. He has served large, medium, and small national and international companies, as well as capital groups.

He is a graduate of the University of Vienna and Johns Hopkins University.
