Michael Wodzicki

Michael Wodzicki is a Partner and the leader of the Financial Services at Strategy& Poland. As a board member, manager, and consultant, he has over 25 years of experience working with banking and insurance institutions in Poland, Central Europe, Southeast Asia, and the United States.

Michael has supported key players in the retail banking and bank insurance industries with strategic consulting and regulatory issues. He has led several projects aimed at improving operational efficiency. At Strategy&, he is responsible for developing strategies, effective risk management, and operational improvements for financial institutions.

He is a graduate of the University of Washington and Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.
