Strategy& Pride is the Diversity and Inclusion network that represents the LGBTQ+ community across Strategy& UK. We’re open to all, fostering a community that proudly and openly supports colleagues of any sexual or gender identity. We run both team-specific and joint initiatives to encourage cross firm integration.
We run monthly breakfasts for all of our members, and put on a variety of socials throughout the year, from hot yoga classes to summer parties with drag bingo! We also lead educational sessions for the wider team, raising awareness about issues faced by LGBTQ+ people in the workplace and broader community, and discussing how we can support each other in creating a more inclusive environment.
We believe there is real value in having a group of people that are proud to champion LGBTQ+ inclusivity in our firm, creating a space for individuals of any sexual or gender identity to bring their authentic selves to work. Along with the wider PwC Shine network, we are here to offer support through the ups and downs of both professional and personal life.
