Alastair Rimmer

Alastair leads PwC’s Deal Strategy practice globally. He has over 30 years strategy and transactions experience with both COBA and PwC, and during his consulting career has worked extensively across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Alastair has specific expertise in the transaction environment, and has advised on over 300 CDD and value creation engagements. He also has extensive experience in market entry strategies, strategic reviews, M&A strategies, and corporate and business unit strategy development.
Alastair specializes in supporting PE houses and their portfolio companies on acquisitions, portfolio optimisation and growth. Recent Private Equity clients include KKR, Blackstone, CVC, Warburg Pincus and Advent International.
Alastair works across sector but has specific expertise in Industrial products and Services.
