Giorgio Libotte

Giorgio is a Partner with Strategy& in the Private Equity Value Creation practice, focused on full potential planning and commercial excellence.

He has more than 20 years of experience as a private equity operating partner and as an advisor to private equity clients on strategic and commercial due diligence and value creation.

Giorgio advises clients in pre-deal value creation strategy through to post deal value realisation using his extensive experience to create value within private equity portfolio businesses. He supports clients on corporate strategy, commercial excellence, growth, go-to-market and pricing across a wide variety of industries including industrials, business services, technology and financial services.

Prior to joining Strategy&, Giorgio was Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at Nextalia Private Equity. Before setting up Nextalia, Giorgio spent 16 years at consultancy firm McKinsey with his most recent role as Partner and leader of their European Private Equity and Corporate Finance practices.

Giorgio holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
