Florian Gröne is a Strategy& partner advising Telecoms, Media and Technology businesses, primarily across Europe and North America.
With 20+ years of strategy and transformation consulting experience, he leads PwC’s global consulting practice for the Telecommunications industry.
His areas of expertise include
A prolific author and frequent contributor to industry conferences and publications, Florian’s ideas and perspectives have been featured in top-tier business publications such as the Financial Times, USA Today, strategy+business, Bloomberg and Forbes.
Prior to joining Strategy&’s predecessor firm Booz Allen Hamilton, which later became Booz & Company, in 2002, he worked as project manager for a B2B e-commerce software company and as a Venture Capital associate with a German early-stage internet and technology fund.
Florian holds a PhD in Corporate Strategy from WHU Beisheim School of Management in Germany, an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s in business from the EBS University of Business and Law in Germany and a master’s in economics from the University of Hagen in Germany.
A dual German/U.S. citizen, he currently resides in Berlin, Germany, after almost a decade based out of New York City.
