The candidate will typically have:

• Master's degree from a top university with excellent academic performance
• Extracurricular activities or working experience
• International experience acquired through internships or study abroad is a plus
• Business-level fluency in both English, French and/or Dutch
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical skills
• Effectiveness in the use of computer tools, e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and databases
