George Sarraf is a Partner and formerly the Managing Director of Strategy& Middle East. He is transitioning into the Global Leader for Strategy&.

With around 30 years of consulting experience, George has advised governments and private sector companies operating in the broad energy sector, across the Middle East and beyond. His expertise spans oil and gas, power, renewable energy, water, and district cooling, with a focus on business strategy, regulatory frameworks, pricing strategies, and local content policies.
