Johnny Yaacoub

Johnny Yaacoub is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology practice in the Middle East.

Johnny has over 11 years of consulting experience in the public and private sectors across the region. He advises sports, gaming, and esports clients on sector development, institutional strategies, and investments. He also specializes in strategic and commercial transformation programs and digital ventures for telecom operators.

In addition to his client work, Johnny has co-authored the reports “Skin in the game: How telecom operators can win with gaming,” and "The future of gaming," as well as two podcast episodes on the business of gaming and the impact of the Metaverse and Web3.0 on the industry.

Johnny holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut.
