Wissam Abdel Samad

Wissam Abdel Samad is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice in the Middle East.
Wissam has served major telecom operators and IT companies in the region for the past 10 years. He has worked on various B2B ICT topics, including growth strategies and go-to-market planning, governance and operating model design, marketing and sales planning, and solutions design and development.
More recently, Wissam’s engagements have focused on driving strategic transformation programs for ICT providers as they grow their capabilities and venture into the digital solutions space, such as cloud, the Internet of Things, cybersecurity, and data monetization.
Prior to joining Strategy&, he worked as a technical consultant with Nokia Siemens Networks.
Wissam holds an MBA from IESE Business School, an M.S. in wireless systems from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, and a B.E. in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut.
