Guido Hoepfner

Jörg-Guido Hoepfner is a partner at Strategy& Germany and a member of our consumer markets practice. Based in Dusseldorf, he focuses on holistic digital transformations and advises CPG, retail, and manufacturing clients in the EMEA region.

With more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience, he has a proven track record in portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, sales and delivery services, skill, and organization development as well as international program and project management.

Prior to joining Strategy&, Guido served as a partner in the digital and analytics practice at a global strategy and management consulting firm. He also gained extensive industry expertise as COO and CTO at a leading international retail group.

Guido holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and a Master of Computer Science from the Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn (Germany).
