Claudia Palme

Claudia Palme is a Senior Executive Advisor with Strategy& Middle East. Based in Dubai, she is a member of the healthcare practice in the Middle East.

Claudia works with government entities, as well as multinational and regional life sciences and biotech firms. She is experienced in the life sciences ecosystem and cluster building, economic development and biotech policy, research and innovation ventures, life sciences investment strategies, manufacturing localization, and pharmaceutical strategy.

Claudia holds a master's degree in public administration, emerging markets, entrepreneurship and small business operations from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a master’s degree in economics and business administration from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
